Yep, our cocoa chai blend contains a fraction of the caffeine found in coffee. On average, a cup of coffee contains 90 mg of caffeine. According to the EFSA, that can vary significantly, depending on the portion sizes. Meanwhile, :rise Cocoa has around 35 mg of caffeine per serving.

Is there added sugar in your :rise Cocoa?

There are no added sugars or sneaky sweeteners added.
