MUD\WTR Fudge Recipe - MUD\WTR™ UK

Whether it's your next date night just around the corner, or you're looking to enjoy a cosy dinner at home, we thought we'd share a dessert recipe to dazzle your guest(s) after you've showcased your best Gordon Ramsay impression. Introducing, Mud Fudge. For bonus points, why not melt it and use it as a dip for strawberries?


Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp :rise Cocoa
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 240 ml coconut oil, melted
  • 8-10 drops liquid stevia
  • 120 ml almond butter
  • sea salt, for a light sprinkling

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the :rise Cocoa, cocoa powder, coconut oil, stevia, and almond butter.
  2. Portion out the mixture into an empty ice cube tray.
  3. Give it a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  4. Pop it in the freezer overnight and savour the next day!
