Cocoa Yoghurt Clusters

Sometimes you need a little treat for breakfast ... or as an afternoon pick-me-up ... or after dinner. The point is, treats are great. And with this recipe, you can have them any time of the day. Just grab a tin of MUD\WTR's :rise Cocoa blend and a few other simple ingredients and you'll be enjoying some chocolatey yoghurt clusters in no time. 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of yoghurt
• 1 cup of semisweet or dark chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp MUD\WTR’s :rise Cocoa
• ½ cup of pomegranate seeds

Directions:

1. Add yoghurt and :rise Cocoa to a bowl and stir until combined.
2. Mix in the pomegranate seeds.
3. Spoon mixture onto a pan lined with parchment paper (you should have enough to make six clusters).
4. Freeze for 20 minutes.
5. While the clusters are freezing, melt your chocolate.
6. Dip the yoghurt clusters into the chocolate and let the chocolate harden.
7. Enjoy!
