10-minute preparation time
Lattes are a favourite for many, and latte art even has its own dedicated hashtag on Instagram. If you enjoy your morning brew frothy and foam-topped, give this recipe a whirl:
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of MUD\WTR :rise Cocoa
- 1 tbsp of your creamer of choice
- 350 ml of plant-based milk
- 60 ml of dairy-free chocolate drops
- 60 ml dairy-free whipped cream
- A pinch of cocoa powder
Method:
- Place chocolate drops in a coffee mug and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly until the chocolate drops have melted into a smooth liquid.
- Add :rise Cocoa and creamer to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- In a separate large mug, pour in the milk and heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove the milk from the microwave. Use a frother to whip the milk until it's frothy with plenty of bubbles.
- Pour the frothed milk into the mug with the chocolate and MUD\WTR mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Finish by dolloping the whipped cream on top of the latte and sprinkling with a smidge of cocoa powder. Serve straight away.
