Berry Jam Oatmeal

Start your day the right way. And when we say “the right way,” we mean with the delicious combination of MUD\WTR’s :rise Cocoa, creamy oats and tart berry jam. Your breakfast will be gone before you can finish saying, “Mmmm…”

Ingredients:

• 1 half banana
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup (+20-30 ml more) almond milk 
• 1 tbsp MUD\WTR’s :rise Cocoa blend
• Some mixed berries

Directions:

1. Add oats, banana, milk and :rise Cocoa to a pot and cook until the oats are soft, mixing as you go. 
2. Pour oats into a bowl.
3. Add berries to a separate pan and cook on medium heat with 1 tbsp water. 
4. Let berries cook for 5-8 minutes. 
5. Once the berries are soft, mash them with a fork.
6. Pour berry jam on top of oats and top with nuts and banana slices.
7. Enjoy!
