Coconut Mint Iced Mocha MUD\WTR Recipe

7-minute preparation time

Much like almond butter and Nutella, this is a combo you never realised you needed. Mint and MUD\WTR is a new pairing we're absolutely mad about at the MUD\WTR office. So give this one a whirl the next time you fancy a refreshing start to your day.

Ingredients:

• 120 ml water
• 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rise Cocoa blend
• 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :creamer
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 4 medjool dates
• 2 drops food-grade peppermint essential oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 120 ml coconut cream

Method:

1. Add water, :rise Cocoa, :creamer, cocoa, and dates to a blender and process on high for two to three minutes.
2. Add peppermint and vanilla to the mixture and blend.
3. Add ice to a glass and pour the concentrate over the ice. You might need to strain the mixture through a muslin cloth or nut milk bag.
4. Add coconut cream and relish the taste!
