Here's a little secret about mud: our mushroom-infused :rise Cocoa blend is every dessert chef's secret ingredient. Honestly.
Alright, maybe that's a bit of a fib. But our Chocolate Coconut Mud is an overnight recipe that marries the finest aspects of mud, chocolate, and coconut in a single mug. Whip it up the evening before, pop it in the fridge, and by morning, you'll have a breakfast drink that's almost a dessert... but still packs a healthy punch to start your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rise Cocoa blend
- 1 serving of powdered coconut tea
- Chocolate milk or a plant-based milk of your preference
Method:
- Spoon the :rise Cocoa blend into a mason jar or mug.
- Add the powdered coconut tea. If you have coconut cream, that'll do the trick as well.
- Get frothing with the mud whip.
- Pour in your chosen milk.
- Give it a good stir (or shake) until it's well mixed.
- Store in the fridge overnight.
- Come morning, pop in a straw and savour that delightful choco-coconut mud magic.
