Caramel Apple Chai Latte

What says fall more than caramel apples? Okay, once could argue that pumpkins and gourds, ghouls and giant spider decorations scream fall as well. But today, we're going with caramel apples. This latte combines the delicious flavors of caramel apples with MUD\WTR’s :rise Cocoa for the perfect autumn treat.
Ingredients:
- Spiced apple caramel (recipe below)
- 2 tbsp regular caramel sauce
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 12 oz. hot water
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR’s :rise Cocoa
- Add frothy creamer to top
Directions:
- Add 12 oz. of hot water and :rise Cocoa in a glass and combine using a frother.
- In a separate glass, add spicy apple caramel, regular caramel, milk and :rise Cocoa mixture. Combine using your frother.
- Top with frothed cream, sip and enjoy!
Spicy Apple Caramel
Ingredients:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cinnamon
- ¾ cup chai spice
- ½ cup apple juice
- ½ cup water
- Sliced apple
Directions:
- Add brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, chai spice, apple juice, water and sliced apples to a pot and let simmer for 15 minutes until is has a caramel-like consistency.
- Use spicy apple caramel in all your favorite beverages.
