How do I manage my subscription?

You can easily change, swap products, delay deliveries or cancel your subscription by logging into your account section.

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

Yes, you can change your delivery frequency at any time to 30, 60 or 90 days. Simply visit your account page, navigate to your subscriptions and change the frequency.

Can I skip a delivery?

Sure you can. Navigate to your account and click on Manage to access your subscription detail. From here you can manage if you want to delay or even skip a particular shipment.

Can I upgrade to a larger serving bag or even change the products in my subscription?

Yes, you can do all of that, our subscription service is 100% flexible. Swap any product you like at any time or increase the serving size to a bigger bag. If you click on Manage to access your subscription, then click Manage on the subscription you want to change and Swap Product, you can select which product you want to change or upgrade to.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Firstly, we would hate to see you go but cancelling your subscription is also done in just a few clicks. Log in to your MUD|WTR® account and click on Manage to access your subscription details. On the subscription you want to cancel, simply click Manage and scroll down to the bottom of the details to click on Cancel Subscription. We'll try not to cry.

How do I align more than one subscription?

If you’ve got more than one plan and they renew on different dates, you can change the date of renewal with any plan by visiting your subscription management page or by shooting us an email at

Can I order without a subscription?

You definitely can. Just head over to our shop and choose the "One-time Purchase" option for any of our products.
